Cast Of Characters

Jen (AKA Mom): The one behind this blog; a babywearing, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, cosleeping, semi (mostly?) crunchy mama who doesn’t own a high horse 😉

Dad: The crazy supportive guy who’s let Mom bring out his inner hippie (he’s got the long hair to prove it). He now starts “crunchy” conversations with family, friends & complete strangers, just like Mom!

Cupcake: The 14 year old girl child; kind-hearted, unique sense of style, helpful, good taste in music. This girl’s so much like her mama, it’s scary sometimes, but she’s quick to point out their differences.

Cookie: The 11 year old boy child; the joker of the bunch, his sensory issues cause us all heartache (& headaches), but they have given him a unique outlook on life. He’s homeschooled due to a need for more flexibility & it’s been an interesting adventure.

Biscuit: The 3 year old boy child AKA The Wildcard; an infectious laugh, a penchant for mischief & a daredevil’s heart. This boy is the reason our house is never clean.

Muffin: The happy tiny 9 month old baby girl who was not only a homebirth, but a waterbirth. She went swimming before she took her first breath!
